What Browser Should I Use To Access The Site?

We highly recommend you do not use the internal browser in AOL.

What Types Of Payment Are Accepted For The Merchandise Section And To Join The Fan Club?


We are ONLY accepting credit card orders ONLINE through our merchandise store.
Sorry, we no longer accept checks or money orders. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. We are not responsible for anything sent in the mail.

What Are My Login Names?

To join the fan club, you must first set up an account.

If you buy a membership on-line via an authorized credit card, you can immediately register your UserName/Password.

Visit our store and create an account with your email address and create a password. PLEASE do not forget the email address you used and your password! This is very important to log into our store to purchase your membership, to re-new your membership, to purchase access to our trips and events Whenever you need to purchase something, again use your email address and your password. If you forget your password, you can generate your own password off of our site. Do this by visiting the following address:

Once you are on that page, simply type your email address in the space available and click next. Our system will create a new password for you and email it to your address. Once you successfully log in, you can change it to whatever you want.

Once you join the fan club, you will create a user name and password for the REST of the site, you will no longer use your email address to access the rest of the site, you will only need your email and password for the merchandise section.

Your user name and password will give you access to the REST of the site including the News, Chat Room, Message Board, Photos and Video sections. Again you will use your USER NAME and your PASSWORD to access the rest of the site.
You may purchase only one membership

If you want to purchase a membership for someone else, you must create an account for that person using a separate email address.
Each member must have a different email address, there can be no duplicates.

Changing My (User Name) Password

Although you cannot change your username via the forums, if you change your username within the merchandise applications, that will also modify your username in the forums. All members have the ability to change their usernames, so please be respectful of those who have had their username for many years. For privacy purpose, we would recommend changing your username to one that does not contain your first or last name.

What Does "Pending" Membership Mean?

Once you sign up for the fan club, you will have instant access to everything online. A pending status for your membership means you have not received your membership laminate in the mail. You are an active member for one year once you join our site. You will receive your membership laminate in the mail approximately 6 to 8 weeks from your sign up date.

I've Forgotten My Password! / User Names / Passwords!

You can change your password separately for each area (use a stronger password for merchandise purchase area).
Remember if you change your password in the merchandise area it will not change it in the forum and vice versa.
Your username cannot be updated from the new forum because it is related to your membership login.
This is managed in the merchandise area (See "My Account").

Please remember, to login to the Merchandise section, please use your email and password.
To login to Message Boards and Chat Rooms, use your Username and password .

Security

All Passwords are encrypted in our database on a SECURE SERVER.
All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
Credit Card information is not stored at our site.
Each transaction requires the purchaser to re-enter their credit card number (which is encrypted when transmitted).
Credit Card purchases are verified by Backstage staff to verify accuracy before being charged to your account.
