When you buy your package or ticket you are agreeing to these terms:
- Each Member is allowed 2 tickets MAX Per Night Per Show! (Second person DOES NOT need to be a member)
- Offer for active Backstage With Jon Bon Jovi members ONLY! Must be an active member when picking up your tickets.
- There are no special codes or passwords needed when purchasing. The packages will all be available to our ACTIVE members in the shopping cart.
- Sorry, No Refunds Or Exchanges.
- When a purchase is finalized you will get a notice sent to your email address. Please print this invoice and bring it to the show as confirmation.
- Tickets will be available for pick up the night of the show. Tickets are pre-sorted in advance. There is no need to get there any earlier than the time we will announce.
- Seats purchased together will be located together.
- Only your pair of tickets can be together. Sorry, we can not pair up other tickets purchased by other members.
- You WILL NOT be mailed tickets via postal mail.
- You will be notified of your seating location the night of the show.
- NJ Residents add 7% Sales Tax.
- Members need to pick up tickets day of show and show a valid, legal photo ID.
- Guests will not be allowed to pick up tickets!
